Your template sets the visual style and layout of your resume. Each template is professionally designed and ATS-friendly.
Browse templates on the template selection screen. Each template card shows a preview.
Click a template to select it, then click .
You can change your template later from the edit screen without losing your content.

3. Uploading Your CV
After selecting a template, you'll be asked to upload your existing CV. The system supports:
PDF files (.pdf)
Step 1: Click the upload area or drag and drop your file. Step 2: Wait for the file to upload (progress bar shows status). Step 3: Once uploaded, click to start AI analysis.
Note: Maximum file size is 10MB. Make sure your file is not password-protected.
4. AI Analysis
After uploading, our AI engine automatically analyzes your CV to extract and organize your information.
What happens during analysis:
The AI reads your CV and extracts all available content: Basic Details, Professional Summary, Work Experience, Education, Technical & Personal Skills, Projects, Publications, Certifications, Accomplishments, Languages, Extra Curricular, References, and more
Data is organized into the editable sections listed above
Your existing content is preserved and mapped to the template structure
Analyzing state:
While the AI is working, you'll see an amber banner with a spinning icon indicating "Analyzing your resume with AI…"
Editing is disabled during analysis — you cannot modify sections or download
The page automatically refreshes every few seconds to check for completion
Analysis typically completes within 30–60 seconds
Once complete, the banner disappears and all editing features become available
Tip: If analysis takes longer than 2 minutes, try refreshing the page. Your uploaded data is saved and the analysis will continue.
5. Editing Your Resume
Once AI analysis is complete, you can edit every section of your resume. The edit screen shows your resume preview — click any section to open its editor.

6. File Name, Job Title & Company
At the top of the edit page, you'll find three quick-edit fields visible above the resume preview:
File Name — The name of your resume file (used when downloading)
Job Title — The target job title for this resume
Company — The target company name
How to edit meta fields:
Click the field value (or the label placeholder if empty)
It transforms into an editable text input
Type your changes and press Enter or click outside the field to save
Press Escape to cancel changes
The file name in your dashboard list updates automatically
Tip: Setting a meaningful file name (e.g. "John_Doe_Software_Engineer_2025") helps recruiters identify your resume. The job title and company fields are used when tailoring your resume for a specific role.
7. Tailoring for a Job
The "Tailor for a Job" feature uses AI to customize your resume for a specific job description. This increases your chances of getting past ATS filters and catching a recruiter's attention.
Step 1: On the edit page, click . Step 2: Enter the Job Title and Company Name. Step 3: Paste the Job Description in the text area. Step 4: Select CV Enhancement Options:
Reframe experience to match target role seniority
Upgrade wording for leadership, ownership, and impact
Emphasize relevant responsibilities
Merge or restructure bullet points
Step 5: Click (costs $0.20 per tailor). Step 6: The system creates a new tailored resume copy — the original is preserved.
Tip: Always review the tailored result. AI suggestions are a starting point — you can further refine any section manually.
8. ATS Score & Match Percentage
Each resume in your dashboard shows a match percentage score. This indicates how well your resume matches a target job description.
How to check your ATS score:
Find the button on your resume card in the dashboard
Click it to run an AI-powered analysis of your resume against a job description
The score updates automatically once analysis is complete
Higher percentages indicate better alignment with the job requirements
ATS Improvements:
Use the "ATS Improvements" feature to add relevant data that helps your CV score higher
No visible changes are made to the resume layout — the added data is used by ATS systems for ranking
Run improvements after checking your score to see your progress
Note: ATS scores are estimates based on keyword matching and semantic analysis. They should be used as a guide, not a guarantee.
9. Downloading Your CV
You can download your resume as a PDF file. Downloads require available credits.
Step 1: On the edit page, click in the action bar. Step 2: If you have sufficient balance, the PDF generates and downloads automatically. Step 3: If your balance is low, you'll be prompted to top up credits before downloading.
Download rules:
Each download costs a fixed amount of credits
After purchasing a resume, you can download it unlimited times during the valid period
Once the valid period expires, you'll need to purchase again or top up credits
Tip: After purchasing a resume download, keep the original PDF — you can re-download it anytime within the valid period without extra charges.
